Being strict with yourself is not realistic, will never work long term and can cause rebound weight gain.

Finding this bridge makes the difference between those who lose a little weight and give up, and those that reach their dream goals and change their literal whole life.
Being a physician, I had all the knowledge about metabolism, nutrition, and weight loss.
Yet, at my heaviest, I weighed more than 200 pounds.
I read books on habits and motivation and yet, I still was unable to put the pieces together for myself until I pivoted my learning.
It took me 20 years to find my bridge through coaching and finally stop dieting forever.
Now, I live my life free of the burden of feeling like a complete failure.
Sound amazing? It IS.
My wish is to help every woman who wants to lose any weight to not spend another minute trying to beat herself into submission or resign herself to thinking this is as good as it gets, when I know there is an amazing future for all to enjoy.
